Except when the possibility of "low" being ~$100 and people bought in at $1000+, it becomes a matter of cutting losses vs "panic" selling. Selling at a 50% loss to buy more on the cheap is smarter than holding all the way down to 90% loss and not mitigating your losses at all like a lemming. The amount of people who are losing their shirt atm is quite significant, and their seat is only going to get hotter.

Stop losses, stop losses, stop losses.  No shame in cutting your losses and re-evaluating.

Buy cheaper to better your average entry point did good for me most of the time.
