This can be done easily. Some trusted member offers to do this for you but you need to pay him upfront as he is a trusted member. You can ask a green trust member to do it for you and I am sure this can be done. They will happily help you since you will pay 150% in bitcoin. Escrow can work too. Since you are a newbie you have to make compromises that may seem to disfavor you at first but surely they aren't. They are just rule to protect both sides involved in the transaction.
