i got my CLAM using my old blockchain wallet and i get 4.60 CLAM, to claim is very easy thing only need less than 10 minute
So you are claiming the CLAMS coming with them... that isn't a giveaway and more of a trade (and a bad one since the 4.xx CLAMS can be sold for over 0.02 BTC)
also the wallet needs to have a balance at or before 24 may (not sure about the date/range).

I wouldn't exactly call it scamming. Converting CLAM to BTC is kind of time consuming if you are new. So op is just offering to do that in a way, however the prices should be increased.
