www.virtualcard.us is a scammer. 560 $ claim. I bought the old acccount paypal, when communicating he said what need buy the withdrawal card +100. then he went on holyday.
Then he started asking me to sell him a btc, it's very necessary. Said this should be for the my paypal acc. I sent the BTC +110.
He promised delivery my order whithin 1 hour max.
It took 5 hours and in Skype he sent the file.
