Interesting... Bisq is the decent aliased exchange isn't it? Have they got more of a following now. They only used to have like 2 buyers and 2 sellers in gbp it was really annoying when I downloaded it at least.

if any one can guide me on how to buy crypto and ripple using bank card and without giving personal details and verification
Using a bank card means that your personal data will appear to the other party, right? Platform verification will not make a difference.
Here are some ways you can buy without an ID:

 - Prepaid Card: Or any gift cards, you need to buy them using cash and then sell them.
 - You can use one of these services: https://www.bitquick.co/   >>  https://hodlhodl.com/ >> https://bisq.network/
 - Use this forum: You can buy some products, and send you payments in BTC.

I think it's virtually impossible to do. Unless you buy gift cards from stores and try selling them online then you might not have much luck with this. You can use a bitcoin atm at stores in major cities in the UK if you take out the cash from a regular atm.
