I have always used VCC with paypal whenever buying from them, even after the PP/RBI notices my VCC worked fine with them however it stopped working around April and I didnt bother looking it up until I found myself really needing this processor very badly.
Long story short, I cant pay with paypal anymore. Paypal doesnt work with the bank issued VCCs and it doesnt accepts my basic/platinum level Debit cards either.
I listed it in the marketplace because I was willing to pay with SKRILL and not BTC but both are a form of Virtual currency.

I would watch that tone of text you are writing with.On a serious note, I joined almost a year earlier than you and I consider that I have proven myself as NOT a scammer since then. If you want to accuse me at least do your fucking research and come up with something credible.
