I'll try it out with another account first and see how it goes. If it's fun, then I'll consider it.
You can still do it with your own account, pretty sure that you're not going to get any problems if you use your own identity to register an account. That reason of yours if it's fun then you're going to register an account of your own is flimsy at best so it's not going to be the best excuse not to mention that what if that person has a backdoor access to the account that you've bought and you deposited a large amount of money there and then that person decided to scam you? Plus, there's also the part that this can be classified as an identity theft. 
I'll try it out with another account first and see how it goes. If it's fun, then I'll consider it.
That isn't that fun to put in risk your money in there.It could lead to financial loss which I think sounds not good.
You might consider this;
- Violating ToS
- IP address login detection (banning account)
- Lead to possible scam
So good luck if you're still looking but instead creating your account would be a good idea.

This seems like an insane ask. Why not just create an account yourself? Are you looking to use someone’s identify? That to me would be the only reason to buy an account instead of create your own. I’m assuming you only want to buy an account with identity verification already completed right? Red flag…

1. It's probably against the terms of service and once you are got, you may have your account blocked. Why are you purchasing the account in the first place if you can create one yourself?
2. You will easily get scammed off your money and never even received any account from the seller.
3. Seller claims his account was stolen/hacked using support, and you get locked out a few days after thinking you have successfully purchased the account.
