I like it, Buy the blood, sell the green  Grin
Hahaa like very simple, many people do this. Take moment when bleeding and wait while back green. Still risky and remain cautious.

you knew we were in a bubble when dogshit dogecoin started to pump ... no reason to own it at all.
I've taken the stage and bought dogecoin a few days ago. How many days have to wait for the big pump? Shocked

Bear in mind: blood have different types.
Yes indeed.  I like it when dirty foreigners' blood is soaking the pavement, those who gamble incessantly, and the suckers on this forum.  Gives me a nice sense of pride.  They don't know what to do with wealth anyway, no idea how to spend it properly.  This is why the crypto dice sites are raking in so much cash.  More for myself and the smart people.

a modest selloff so far... hardly what I would call blood in the streets.  Hopefully just a blip in the road to $100B market cap.

Good stuff, you need to have a solid decision and a big heart to do that people invest because of the speculation and they go with the flow like what the article wrote you need to do to a research and had an idea that the crowd is indeed wrong and you are right to go against the flow

"Buy when there's blood in the streets" - have you heard the quote?

Quote
Baron Rothschild, an 18th-century British nobleman and member of the Rothschild banking family, is credited with saying that “the time to buy is when there’s blood in the streets.”

He should know. Rothschild made a fortune buying in the panic that followed the Battle of Waterloo against Napoleon. But that’s not the whole story. The original quote is believed to be “Buy when there’s blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own.“

This is contrarian investing at its heart–the strongly held belief that the worse things seem in the market, the better the opportunities are for profit.

_______________

I bring this up, because many people here seem to lack a lot of real world investment knowledge (which is ok). We're a community, and I hope that others will chime in with what they know, so that we can all benefit.

Some other basic things that experts always stress is to not let emotions get in the way, and most importantly, never invest more than you're willing to lose.
