10K usd is about 110 btc at current market price.
On btc-e live order book, you only need to sell 17.7K LTC to fill 112 BTC buy orders.
So if someone accepts this deal, he's throwing away 82.3 K LTC for nothing.

Eh, Litecoin is only around 50 cents, last I checked, so I would say $45k to $50k would be reasonable, considering it's a bulk deal.

OP, you should consider giving a better market price. People who hold that much LTC don't want to cash out that fast all at once. Given if you had to buy 100k LTC on the open market it would cost you much more than $10k.
Probably on the order of $50k to $60k sounds more reasonable for 100k LTC.
