Paypal can easily be charged back. I can deal if its btc-e rate. Must be a us verified paypal and id must match account name. Account must be older than 6 months. Send from balance only no cards

Buying $150.00 in Bitcoin at Bitstamp's current rate. Paying with Paypal, MoneyGram, or bank transfer if you have a Wells Fargo account. Escrow will be used for people with minimal reputation. If i give you BTC with 1:1 rate... Will you cover all fees for sending money with MoneyGrame ?
And about bank Transfer, you said if we have Wells Fargo account, that is an US bank? I have a bank account in US at "Bank Of America" if you want to deal with bank transfer.
Or, if you want to deal with PayPal... I can do that to, but for PayPal you need to pay me about 10% fee and we will exchange only small amounts like $10-20 per day...
