I am buying .2BTC for $5 good for anything at Groupon. It is an instant code that is redeemable, so now shipping or waiting required.
I have a few transactions on here, and a Bitmarket, Bitcoinmarket, and MtGox accounts w/ Bitcoins on them so obviously I won't ruin my reputation over .2 BTC.
Here is the front of the card with the expiration shown on it (3/1/2012)
Here is the picture of the back with the code on it (obviously the code is blacked out or else it could be easily stolen)
The card is obviously unused and is redeemable for everything on Groupon.com
