Highly recommend Not using paypal at all. Do yourself multiple favors at once and just don't. 
Best way to buy BTC through paypal is either through EBAY or through ME 
Mmm very aware of that they limited a account of mine with 400$ in it and when i sent them ID they didn't do crap all then i rang up and asked why they limited it and they said "We could only tell you if you sent us to court" and that all happen when i was Verified, I hate dealing with paypal but since i sell online currency for games most people deal in it while a very small % deal in Money bookers.
Buying $30 worth of BTC with paypal.. Since this is the newbie area i will not be going first unless someone trusted does look through here. I am Paypal Verified which to be honest doesn't mean a lot lol.
