For legally FINCEN registered exchanges, it's either Coinbase or Atomic-Trade exchange.  Atomic-trade has their Verification streamlined to about an hour if your in the US.  Coinbase.. ummm it is a pain in the you know what.

I am having difficulty finding a way of buying BTC. I have $450 in my chase checking acount. I also have chase quick pay.

I have considered coinbase but my friend used it a few weeks ago and wasn't satisfied with it.

Anyone here selling?

I have looked at localbitcoins but I'm unsure of how it works.

you can find sellers on our bitcoin exchange, LakeBTC.com

Coinbase is the best choice as far as I know,it takes a week to get your BTC though. You can get instant buys if you have a credit card.
