Can i make a cash deposit and get instant BTC with LakeBTC? Also, I am buying at Bitstamp rates, their rate may be different than yours but this OTC trade is less expensive than any other method as there are 0 fees....
I fail to see where paying for a wire fee, and then a trading fee would be cheaper?
