have decided to try kraken, hope they will be better then bitstamp. Bitstamp was great but seems it's hard to be big, governments and banks start to ask too many questions and piss off users. I don't feel comfortable telling some random guy what I had for breakfast yesterday.
Lol. I hope they don't ask that.
Anyway, I use kraken myself, and overall, I think it's the best exchange, easy to use, and you don't need to submit loads of paperwork. In fact, to start trading and withdrawing, you don't need to submit any paperwork at all.
I think that its order page could be improved and made into something like the one on cex.io.

OP how hard is to create a  advertisement on localbitcoins to buy coins at the rates you want.
Just make ad, give bitstamap -5% and wait for users to fill it.
I have an ad paying bitstamp +1% on there with a ton of methods...haven't got a bite in the 2 weeks its been up.

There's Kraken.com. You'll have the usual verification stuff but nothing as nosy as Bitstamp. I'm not sure how impressive their volume is these days though.

If you're buying 90 in one go then the localbitcoins premium is going to hurt like hell. You could try striking a deal with a trader on there but I'm guessing they'll be seriously worried about being scammed somehow.

Buying 90BTC on kraken would require:
Government issued ID
Verified proof of residence (e.g., utility bill no more than 3 months old)
Social Security number (US only)

And you have to split the deposit between 2 days.

To deposit 38,850 USD to buy 90BTC in one go, would also require:
Trade Register Extract
Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information (ID and utility bill with apostille)
Certificate of Incorporation
Articles of Incorporation
Corporate Bylaws
AML/KYC programs (if applicable)
Contract certification (if applicable)

So... A really big hassle.

thanks for the info

I'll try this one and hope all will work fine, it's not a big hassle but I'll definitely split deposit into 2 Smiley

Did look at localbitcoins and close to me sellers have few btc and price $40 over the bitstamp rate

Any good exchange except bitstamp or btc-e?
What country do you live in? Could give you a few exchange names depending on where you are located. To that user above who said I'm not, that's fine you're entitled to your opinion. However I am a big trader on LBC which I found ironic to your statement. 100% feedback on there too.

Need some help here

I need 90BTC, what are my options.

I want to avoid bitstamp and btc-e. I was using bitstamp until few days ago and got pissed with their KYC s**t. They are shady company and want me to tell them everything about my money, where I earn it, how, when...just stupid...I don't need this.

Thanks
Reply here if we can talk on your deal and possibly trade https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trusted-reliable-fast-paypal-btc-es-codes-cash-deposit-wire-mgwu-524457
