No they don't accept BTC. You can always use localbitcoins. Search there and you will find sellers who do BTC-mobikwik trade.

If you want to upgrade your mobikwik wallet to store 1lakh then you will have to verify your account. If not then free account is more than enough. You can store 10k with free account.
