You need to post 69 posts to access the marketplace section, thus, this is the main purpose why op want to buy the old account

I don't think he'll want to buy a new account because it's definitely really easy to make one. The difference with new accounts and old accounts is the privileges that the oldies enjoy. I have a new account in tbn (6 months old) and only less than 10 posts. I don't have access to many sections and can't start my own thread.

I think he probably need an account to access the marketplace board there, because new accounts can't access the marketplace board until their reach a specific rank and activity.
