What do you mean by proof of purchase?

Is there any good "model" to process such transaction?

Reputation mostly, this is why I asked for it. Also If somebody is planning to sell more of those - he probably needs good history.

Reloadable cards allows you to load it, when you actually need it (without leaving too much money loaded), and you can cahnge the password of control panel as well...
