I am very curious to know what is the problem of ou creating such an account for free. And also what is the benefit of buying this type of account when you are not able to add the account on the account as the name of you and the person from whom you will buy the account will not be the same name?

Earlier he tried (at least that's what he wrote here) to manipulate the advertising system on Facebook. I wouldn't take him seriously, although he probably deserves to be nuked due to ban evasion.
