I am currently doing around 5k in Paypal transactions a day exchanging Bitcoin. I'm a registered bitcoin trading business in the state of California. Paypal account is a registered Bitcoin trading Business account.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a lot of bitcoin or can obtain them around market price.
Can go through any type of verification, create contracts if bulk transactions, show length of business transactions and any disputes/reversals which is still at 0.
Message me here on Bitcoin talk if you are interested.
Thank You!
Since when as paypal changed their rules to allow bitcoins to be sold through their service? Paypal is only for physical goods and services.
Yes they have began to allow it. They've even partnered with Coinbase. Coinbase actually has a Paypal account.... You can look it up.
Care to show the Paypal TOS that allows this because I can't find any. Also, since you chose to include the snippet that you are "...a registered bitcoin trading business in the state of California", you need to provide proof of this.

Got it from an article, here,
http://insidebitcoins.com/news/even-with-policy-changes-selling-bitcoin-through-paypal-is-a-risky-transaction/25832It says that the only way a user could say it was an unauthorized transaction if they fake hacked their account and sent the money
