You cant avoid scam while you are trying to deal with someone for trading buying/selling any type of account which requires verification. Actually buying or selling accounts is the mean of scam. Because the person who will provide the account will get the verification is unfair means. And even if the details is by the fair means yet the receiver of the account may use the account on unfair means.

I never scammed this guy, he offered to go first without escrow and randomly sent me account details when I was not ready. I offered to give account back since he couldn't wait for payment and he just kept insisting calling me scammer. Im not buying account to scam im buying this account to trade beyond my limit.

Why you are not going to create your self account and/or if you are not 18+ then why you are not going to create base on your family member? Account buy/sell encourage scamming.
