Why would anyone offer you a percentage off? Is it because you're going to buy in some extreme amount of bulk? I don't see all the details of your offer here.
I'll be looking to buy high amounts and will be wanting some every month or so. People don't have to give a percentage off I suppose but that's what I'm looking for.
