As I've said elsewhere, use an Avalon841. In low power mode and fans set to max at 30% in a cool room near silent with fans loafing along at 15-20%, gives around 8.5T with power at 750-800w. In a room over 74F or so fan will get up to the 30% max speed but still very quiet.

I have some S7LN and I think philipma1957 has some too. But if you are not US based shipping is going to be expensive.
