Research well if you can. I've also ordered few Antminers and according to this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20784929 it shouldn't cost you more than 7.5% Please have a look. Also, you might need a IE code. Just in case!
P. S. I have no experience regarding import export. This is my first time.

That is the worst deal ever, i would rather wait 2 months for L3+ than buy that crap. As for price of L3+ i have already booked 2 miners & each one cost me about 1.7 lakhs which includes 30% custom duty & shipping.

L3+ is not available till September. These are the only miners available for delivery right now.
Check the link above the price is pretty high even from china.

Are u crazy or something! Even brand new L3+ which has double the hash rate of ur miner would cost within 2 lakhs including custom duty & shipping.
