'Account must be older than 4 days' is enough and you should not add an another 'old' in the end i think. Recently hashforce had posted that he would pay 10 bucks for posting through a Wikipedia account. I think this is for the same purpose as I have never heard before someone buying a wikipedia account. And yes, you have forgotten to put the rate detais in it .
