Very strange that someone wants to buy banned account but he didn't mention Is It temp or perm ban. Probably there is something that we don't know other wise no one would buy It, I doubt there Is a way to unban the account, hmm...

He is going to cheat one of the signature deals which do not require posting and pays upfront. He makes profit in a month without doing anything. Don't sell him any account.
How can he even sign up to them when he can't post from them? Plus there aren't many deals that offer up-front payments anymore for exactly this reason as they're quickly exploited.
I got a buyer interested in buying this accounts. I really don't know what is their reason.
I can't imagine what they want or can use them for. You can't PM or post from them.

What good could banned accounts be to you, or do you just want temp banned ones? Perma banned ones are useless.
