Do you realize that escrow does not matter in a paypal transaction? What rate are you looking to trade at? I can do this for you if you're sending from a US paypal, or cover fees if funds are coming from a non-US paypal.
Open to offers, maybe just a little over the current rates. Sending from a Canadian account and I will pay the fees.
