well, it is a very nice idea indeed. But government has stopped registering companies under the companies act from this week. Govn. wont support Crypto transaction soon.
I am dealing with Crypto since very long and i am also looking to set up something like this. Basically to help the new comers with details, risk attached, profit, bank transfers etc.

I think at present not many would be interested to do such things because the report form the government is expected to be out soon about their stand on bitcoin and does not look too favorable. So overall if government decided to end this then everything in India would be closed down soon.
