nice guidelines, but look like they both trying to scam each other,
this forum is full of scammers, many pro scam artists, buy/sell this forum's accounts after using them for scamming. I fell for that trap few months back, I was so desperate to buy btc, wrote a post here and got tons of offers(via inbox) for exchange and most of the users are shared their skype, talked to many of them, no one agreed to use escrow or go first, so I went first (send the funds) and waited for btc which eventually never happened.
