Buying is less risky than selling

Selling very risky unless you know or can trust the person 100% as then can do a charge back via paypal after you have sent coins. Paypal forbids its use for cryptos so it will side with the buyer in any dispute.

I don't think that it is allowed to use ebay/paypal for bitcoin stuff. Probably forbidden by TOS.
And it is very risky / expensive ...

I won't advice you to do so

I have, twice, but only very small amounts. First guy sent it to me within 24hr. Second guy took five days to deliver AND that was only AFTER I searched and found his private email and said "send my btc today or I will trash your 100% ebay rating." He had promised to deliver within 24hrs.
