You can easily buy Bitcoin in India thriugh Zebpay Bitcoin app this is most used app in India for Buying and selling Bitcoin, very nice thing of this app is we can trade our Bitcoin I mean we can place Bids or Ask orders or we can sell at exchange rate. There is another Bitcoin exchange Unocoin.

I think you are trying to buy bitcoin at current market rate which you can't get in your local trading platform. But i don't think you can buy bitcoin with indian credit cards from any international trading platform, better to find someone who can sell you okpay, perfectmoney etc and buy bitcoin with it from different bitcoin exchangers at almost market rate.

This is a bit different method, but perhaps you can try localbitcoins.com to pay with VCC.

Also, I assume that you are using a virtual credit card to avoid paying with your real credit card, so why not use PayPal? There are a few ways to buy bitcoins with PayPal.

But, have you tried Unocoin? it have much higher price for each bitcoin compared to another exchanger but maybe it will allow you to pay because it's a company which based on India and maybe you can make a negotiation

There are quite a few exchanges in India which sell bitcoins, not just Unocoin. The problem is that all of them have a premium compared to the international price of bitcoin. If the OP was able to use a VCC at some other exchange, he will be able to arbitrage.

Didn't really sure VCC could be used to buy bitcoin even if you're outside India because I've tried it in various exchangers a few months back and never succeed. Maybe I just unlucky with the site I am going to make a deal but VCC is indeed really sucked for this kind of thing. I'd recommend you to send your VCC's fund in the nearest ATM first to your bank account and then make a bank transfer afterwards
