There is no rule against using multiple accounts at the same time.

However if a person is banned, then he is not allowed to use any accounts even if those are not banned.

Also, having multiple accounts by the same user constantly post and bump a thread may be considered spamming. Same with alts talking to each other.

Just a simple question, I rmb we can't use more than 1 acc in here (apart from Meta Section) at the same time,
so what is the reason for buying another acc?

just use the higher rank acc to replace, and earn more in signature camping? But I can see some user buying few accounts at the same time.

Or for some special case you can use them all in once???
