Hello, i wanna buy 0.01 bitcoin, the problem is the only way i got is paypal ( western union too , but in my country the fee are too high)
I can understand that this seems weird and suspicious , and i know that buying btc with paypal is risky for seller.
But i'll provide all informations needed , and i really don't need a large amount ( only 0.01 bitcoin)
(My problem is that i dont have a credit card so i have no way to pay online , i had to win 10 euro in a website , that were sent in a paypal account i made, and actually it's all that i have )
I understand if you reject my offer, but at least i would have tried
