sign up on btc-e.com and deposit that "digital currency" you want to pay with and exchange it for other "digital currency" and then go to your wallet (balance section) and create a btc-e code from your balance!
this is the wise way.
now a not-so-wise way:
go to a site that sells btc-e code (you can use google to find it!) or go to XMLGold.eu pay a lot more than above method, also pay a lot more in fees to buy a btc-e code. there is always possibility of fraud when using a third party service too.
