Note to the original poster: This is the "buying things for bitcoins" forum. So if you want bitcoins, you aren't buying bitcoins, you're selling Paypal dollars.

I would also like to trade $100 Paypal to Bitcoin.
I hate the fact that people dont want to trade with you if you're using Paypal. But I fully understand them.

If a seller with good reputaion want to trade with me I'm OK with you sitting on my money until I cant "take them back" and then you transfer the bitcoins to me.

PM me and we can trade

Well, yes, but bank wire is slow and I'm in a bit of a hurry and I don't have a dwolla account.

It might help if you were willing to tell us a story as to why you are in a hurry, and perhaps willing to identify yourself to your potential customers.

Mostly the only reason is I want to invest as soon as possible Tongue As for my identity, my first name is Lane--don't really want to publicize my last name.

Edit: For what it's worth (probably not much), I would never try to cheat someone out of their money...but if you still want to be cautious, I would be willing to do a $20 transfer instead.  I mean, it's still $20 but much less risk obviously.

I will trade with you on monday (I'm away from my bitcoin wallet for the weekend).  Once we agree on a price, I will set up a clearcoin.com escrow for the bitcoins and you can send me the funds.  I will withdraw the funds to my bank account.  Once that transfer is complete, I will release the escrowed bitcoins.  If paypal freezes my account, it will be your loss.  PM if interested.

No Nero, it is ill advised to buy bitcoins through a service like paypal, because of the charge backs, you would be eyed by scammers. I think you already know this.

Hmmm I may do that.  Can I use money directly from a visa card on dwolla?

I'd suggest signing up for a dwolla account - it has protections in place for both buyers and sellers, so you should find someone more willing to take a chance with you on that front.

difficult?
Paypal also closed the accounts of btc services nearly three weeks ago (for example: Coinpal, if I remember right) for some odd reason. The money is frozen since then.

Please look here:

or use the search function.

Paypal allows chargebacks, which means you could screw whoever you are buying bitcoins from out of their money, and there's nothing they could do about it.  Couple that with you being a newbie on the forum, and it'll be difficult to find someone who will trust you to sell bitcoins to.

Hey guys,

As the subject suggests I'm looking to buy exactly $50USD worth of bitcoins (or cash on Mt. Gox), through paypal.  Thanks in advance.
