Found this site ecurrencyxchanga.com did paypal to btc trade with them it took 50hrs before I got btc. But they got nice rate.

Well, I would say go for that site again, even if 50 hours but they are safe ( as per your words ) . Most of the site that accept PP needs personal verification and at least verified paypal . And as you said they got nice rate, with other sites as far as I know, you wont get nice rate I am sure. Are you able to verify yourself with a piece of paper holding your name and such .. with forum usename and date .. then most LBC users can help you
