I believe Coinbase accepts Credit Card payments. I think you have to be from the US though!
They only take ACH bank transfers, no Credit Cards.Just checked, you can only use them for backup. So if you are a level 2 user and buy bitcoins and have no funds. They charge it to your Credit Card I think.

you could use paypal and all but they have a fee of 6% ... and have to go around
