Does anyone know where you can do this without killer fees?

Thanks

No. CC are high risk to BTC seller who cannot take the BTC back from you if you use stolen CC

Bitcoin takes 6 confirmations before it is mathematically unlikely that someone can do a double spend.

Credit cards take 6 months.

I believe Coinbase accepts Credit Card payments. I think you have to be from the US though!
They only take ACH bank transfers, no Credit Cards.

Just checked, you can only use them for backup. So if you are a level 2 user and buy bitcoins and have no funds. They charge it to your Credit Card I think.
