I wouldn't suggest trading with this user, there is a possibility that his paypal funds are not from fully legal sources
i wouldnt suggest you trade paypal for btc one or both parties end up losing in the end look for another method of payment thats not so easily reversed

As an FYI to anyone considering to deal with the OP, PayPal can be reversed up to 180 days after a payment. Escrow is not going to protect any bitcoin seller unless the bitcoin is held for at least as long
