If Paypal is sent via family and friends, is it still reversible ?
If the sender send PayPal fund as friends and family then sender cant make any dispute. But sender (real owner) of the account can claim that the account has been hacked and the sent payment is not authorised and if so payment can be reversed. I am willing to purchase your BTC.
