From now (12/10/2017) are possible direct transfers Bitcoin-PayPal without LocalBitcoins escrow. Price will be exactly 1% better than is my price at LocalBitcoins (which is LocalBitcoins fee). This is for those which are already trusting me, don't need to use LocalBitcoins escrow services and want 1% more.
If you are not fit that description, then we still can use LocalBitcoins or PaxFul services for exchange.

Hi, I know I am newbie here, but try to understand that everyone has to have a starting line. I am here to buying BTC with Skrill, PayPal or Neteller.
We can use escrow services like localbitcoins.com - I also have on LocalBitcoins.com some history (more than 1000 eur in trades). I am also open to use transparent escrow service of your choice. We can also chat at Tawk.to or here to make some special deals.
My current fees are 4% on PayPal, 7% on Skrill and 7% on Neteller.
I know that this is not cheapest, but I am doing it for profit and always make fast & fair trades.

My current limits are arround 600 EUR in PayPal, 900 EUR in Skrill and 30 EUR in Neteller - they are higher than you can see in my account on LocalBitcoins because I always use some reserve.
