A few years ago I was in a position where I could order almost any component at wholesale prices, and I can confirm that yes, they are not much lower then what you would expect to see at NewEgg, Etc. Your best shot at cheap cards are still sales and other people.

From what I've been told, wholesale (essentially what this suggestion is) is barely below what many stores charge. Add in the inefficiencies of personal shipping and whatnot, and you may not really come out ahead.

not really feasible.
they're gonna ask probably couple hundred cards for minimum order, your business tax id, references, and such.

i used to deal with this kinda stuff in another field, so it might be similar.

I have no knowledge about this what so ever but in theory couldn't some helpful person on this forum buy up cards in bulk from sapphire directly and sell them to us? If they charged 10% more then what they paid per each card would it be cheaper then newegg prices? If that is true they would make profits and we could purchase cheap cards no?

Feel free to explain why I am wrong or why this this isn't feasible.
