IMO its not really worth it to use newbie accounts if op wants to earn bitcoins in a signature campaign, it can only give him max .007 weekly with newbie account

most likely a signature campaign.
with that budget, id say you might get a member account at best, but definitely not a full member account unless it was hacked. assuming you want to enroll in a sig campaign, doubling your budget would get you closer to buying a full member account for the increased pay.
