HF is not paid to sign up , so if you wanna register then you can simply by yourself . Let me remind you one thing and a small tips , HF staffs are pretty active to catch shady logins, so if you purchase account and login from different IP than the owner usually used then you get account closure [ under investigation ] pretty fast
