I lowered my offer after looking on other topics on the forums, I realised I overpay after talking to my friends.
That would still not explain the fact that you lowered your offer price a second time nor is that an excuse to back out of something that you already agreed to just because you feel you are paying too much (which you were not)

FYI to anyone considering to sell to him - the op had agreed to a price with me. After I agreed to use escrow he disappeared for a day then would only pay a lower price (a significant amount lower). After I told him that he needed to stick to what he agreed to, he lowered his offer by another .2 btc. I would not trust this person.
