op you can try exchange service if it is there in your area.shipping will take time and money so you can try alternative method.
Exchange services here in the area charge extra costs (4€) when you exchange, so that's not a good deal.

Wow OP- You got the Indian in Netherland right in your country. This will be good if you can trade with him directly. Also I think its your hobby of collecting the different currency notes of each country.

The 5Rs Notes aren't that common anymore. Do expect to pay a premium if someone asks the bank for a note. I get back home in about a month and might be able to help, but the price doesn't incentivize anyone to do so.

Hello

My name is Thomas, and I live in the netherlands (eu).
I collect banknotes from all over the world.
I was wondering if you would be interested in selling me some Indian rupees.
I am looking for about 250 I will give you 5 $ (in btc) for this.
As you know this is above current exchange rate. I will also on top of this pay for the shipping to the netherlands.
I was wondering what notes you can get me, I know there are 5 and 10 Rupee notes.
If possible, I would like:
30 x 5 rupee note
10 x 10 rupee note
The banknotes can be shipping using an envelope. I have done this before.

Kind regards,

Thomas V
