it's discouraged but allowed. there's nothing anyone can do to stop it entirely, so yeah.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you interested in purchasing a Jr. Member account? It only takes a couple weeks to get up to this rank, and Full Member accounts are extremely inexpensive as well. What is the reasoning for the purchase? For members who are interested in selling this to you, how much are you offering for the account, Do you accept escrow, what payment methods are available to you, etc.
