it's 1000JKC for 10 LTC, I think it's very reasonable. Speaking of market price, I don't see it, this is a thinly traded penny stock subject to big market fluctuations 
You're formula is three times the market price, its unreasonable
what do you have for trade? my "standard" formula is 1BTC=100LTC, and 1LTC=100 all other alt coins.
