I'm set up now, it was pretty easy. Yes they take Etherium.. Maybe in the early days they didn't which is probably where that perception came from.

are you sure you have used binance correctly? everyone knows that in binance available 4 pair (bnb, btc, eth and usdt). so you can buy other alt available in binance using ethereum.I looked at Binance and they want Bitcoin..
