Agree, only reason for requiring 'hundrets' of accounts is to scam people. Anybody selling a Paypal account with their name linked to it will be really stupid to sell it to this person. If you do you can expect some people whom you have never heard of getting hold of you to try and recover the funds they lost through these scams.
