i am not an expert but as long as the vpn ip you are using is not a free known one you can access it with anything BUT

Dude, hack forums block ip LOCATIONS a working ip location is Hong Kong trust me I won't be giving you anymore locations though as that would bring multis If you share ill pay in bitcoin
use virtualbox or vmware that might work anything else i havent got a clue
